Questions I Wish Rogers Could Give Me A Straight Answer On

Ugh...Rogers.

I've been unable to get a solid, straight answer on any of these topics when I call their tech support. Does ANYONE know definitively what the answers are? I have 'unlimited text messaging' btw.

TEXT MESSAGING

1. If I send a text message to another phone number that is long distance, but within Canada, is there an extra fee?
2. If I send a text message to another phone number that is in the U.S. or worldwide, do I get charged roaming or is a text a text?
3. What if person #2 sends ME a text message, do I get charged?
4. If I text message someone while I'm in another Canadian city, is that just a standard text message?

PHONE CALLS

1. If I go to, say, Ottawa, with my 416 phone and call a 416 number, do I get charged long distance? (YES)
2. If I am in Ottawa and call a local 613 phone number (using 1-613), do I get charged long distance?
3. If someone from 416 calls ME while I'm in Ottawa, do THEY get charged long distance? Do I? Or does no one?
4. If someone from 613 calls ME while I'm in Ottawa, only THEY get charged long distance, right?

Urgh. Please comment if you have any inklings.
