HAHAHA.
I've had no phone service since Tuesday.
After three days of constantly calling Primus tech support hotline and getting a fast busy signal (try it - 1-800-370-0015), trying to follow the instructions on their website but not being able to make it past step 1, I just got a voicemail from them.
IT'S AN ACTUAL COMPUTER SPEAKING. NOT A REAL PERSON:
"We are confident you will find that these updated, easy to follow, downloadable instructions will get your service restored in the shortest possible period of time."
Sorry Primus. Please try again later. Your instructions are neither updated nor able to restore my service.
